Boosting Global Competitiveness
The Emirate’s modernization program also aims to build a self sufficient economy by dominating the pharmaceutical industry, while simultaneously augmenting the country’s dependency on imports.
The UAE with its new facilities, sophisticated technologies, and international partnerships is working towards becoming a global center for innovation and health manufacturing.
As with any other nation that divides labor globally, building a modern health infrastructure is vital for the UAE to compete in the pharmaceutical industry.
Once these factories are operational, Afghanistan, and many other countries, will be able to receive cost effective solutions for their health care challenges.
