Dubai’s biggest parking operator, Parkin PJSC, is adding autopay and pay-later features and plans to expand locally and into Saudi Arabia.

Parkin PJSC, Dubai’s biggest parking company, is making parking easier for everyone. They announced new features like autopay and pay-later options to improve customer convenience.

The announcement came after a visit by Mattar Al Tayer, the head of Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), to Parkin’s offices.

Parkin’s CEO, Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali, shared plans to expand parking spots in Dubai and add smart technologies.

They’re also opening a new customer call center that can handle over 500 calls a day.

“This visit shows our commitment to improving services and helping with traffic solutions in Dubai,” said Parkin.

Parkin also announced that some parking locations in Dubai will offer helpful car services like car washing, mobile refueling, oil changes, tyre checks, and battery inspections.

CEO Mohamed Abdulla Al Ali said they’re in talks with a big Saudi company to bring paid parking services to Saudi cities.

“By the end of 2024, we started discussions with a major Saudi company about expanding into the parking market there,” he told Khaleej Times.

With these updates, Parkin is working to make parking easier and grow its services across the region.
